Property blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally featured in this new photograph drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in red pen markings and includes a notes section identifying different areas of the estate.
Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, featuring designs for dock shelters.
Additional documentation released as part of the ongoing investigative release.
